FormAlloy Directed Energy Deposition (DED) systems have unprecedented capabilities in processing metal materials. With the powder-fed DED process, we have access to endless portfolio of commercially and custom-made powder in the industry. FormAlloy PF Powder Feeders and AX Deposition Head  can deposit powders between 10 to 250 microns. The components fabricated by DED will have properties similar to wrought material and additions and repairs will be bonded with a metallurgical bond.
